They are slightly used, but look pretty much brand new. I'm pretty sure they have not been cut, because all the paint is still in tact, and it doens't really look like they have been repainted. I don't know if this will really help at all but here's the best pics of the springs I could get using my crappy little webcam. If anyone who has thier stock springs pulled off could look at them and tell me if the front and rear springs are the same height, that would be awesome. These are the MSP rear springs and the stock LX front springs, BTW.

Bump.... Could someone please look at their stock springs and tell me if they are about the same length (front and rear)?

Maybe you can find out from a mazda dealer or perhaps Ken@protegegarage. I doubt many forumners have uninstalled stock springs laying around. Also, maybe you can call Racing Beat (developers of the MSP suspension IIRC) and ask them about the free length of the springs.

Regardless of wether the car tracks straight or not, I would have an alignment done yearly, and especially if there have been changes to the suspension.

OK I have no clue. So I guess this weekend I will be remounting the stock springs on the front and will just forget about doing any more suspension work. I have been trying to find specs on spring and strut lengths, but am not really finding anything too helpful. Anyone wanna buy some (slightly) used MSP springs?
