Popping when turning

After having skunk2 coilovers my MP5 for about a year and a half, then going to air cylinders for a couple months.....i now have 1.5" drop springs. BUt now when i turn the steering wheel, the front struts have a loud "boing" sound, like the spring plate is binding up. ANyone know if there is some kind of washer/bushing im missing from all the suspension swaps ive done? It creaked real bad with the coilovers...kinda like pop corn being popped....but now its more of a solid sound.

If there is a part...you know the part number from mazda???

PLEASE HELP!!!

awr makes spherical bearings for your strut mounts, that would take care of it pretty much, they are like 140 per pair
