Mazdaspeed sway bars on P5

Mazdaspeed sway bars on P5
I've read that you need to use the rear subframe from the Mazdaspeed or MP3 to use the rear sway bar. I've seen people do it but I don't remember them using the rear subframe also. Has any body done this?
