does anyone know if there is a p5 rear strut that is kinda like that one on the nissan z350? cause the z350 is a hatch so they made the strut so that it was close to the roof of the hatch so it does not block the room of the hatch..... right??.. or was I just mistaken?

so if there was something like taht for the p5 then the versatility of the hatch would not be lost.

No, the 350Z's strut brace pretty much cuts the cargo area in half. There's only ~8-10" of space beneath it. The fact that it's close to the roof of the hatch says more about the flatness of the Z's hatch area than it does about the design of the strut brace.

This is off topic, but the strut brace is one of the main things that bugs me about the new Z. It's unecessarily huge; the Z's suspension design should allow Nissan to brace the suspension without one, or at least use a smaller, less obtrusive brace. It's pretty obvious that the huge, polished metal arch was added for one reason... cuz it be lookin tiiite yo, it's got da bling bling! Maybe if Nissan had left some of this stuff off, the car would actually weigh LESS than a Vette.

Adding enough of an arch shape to a P5's strut brace to even come close to the roof would probably compromise its stiffness so much that it would defeat the purpose. It it were triangulated or crossbraced, the stiffness might approach a straight brace, but then it would be too heavy. There's really no clean solution to the problem of bracing a big, wide-open hatch area.
