Pretty nice, but I wonder if that big *** band-aid is going to be enough to keep from heat soaking the power steering pump, radiator hoses, and fan. There isn't a lot of room in there for a turbo.

It will be. It's an exhaust wrap. If that doesn't do it there is not much else that will.

Forced induction and high compression. Good luck.

Funny how the water line was the only obstruction worth mentioning. Hate the bandaged look, otherwise impressive work.

Compression isn't that high. Moderate boost, efficient intercooler good fuel/spark control and she should rip!

turbo time

hey get the low compression pistons and better crank then that baby will really rip once you turn up the boost controller. as far as melting stuff try a custom heatshield. got to admit that setup looks really tight

Just go with a Stroker Kit. Should be able to pull off a good 18 PSI with that.

"SpoolinMP3" is just gonna go with 8 PSI for now.

DAMN IT!!!!!! No worries I will have mine in next week granted it probably wont' make as much power as his since he is using a stand alone....I have a feeling though if he offers that as a kit it is going to be high due to the stand alone system new injectors and that huge front mount intercooler....I'm gonna wait and see though how that MP3 holds up with its advanced timing and he is probably going to run 10+ LBS of boost....new flash every F engine with stock internals has cracked pistons at 10+ PSI even with stand alone....Look at Bryan Pendleton he highly recommends not going over 12 on stock internals and that is with a stand alone...also he has forged internals....We will wait and see....plus the masses out there aren't looking for a full out race system like this they just want somehting that will give them that extra umph ya know????

Oh yeah one more thing I hope he gets an inline pump as the stock pump is only good for around 180 HP or else he isn't going to get enough fuel to that MP3 and Boom even with a stand alone.

I made mine i'm sure that he did too unless be took the slackers way out and got someone to make it for him....either way its a turbo manifold...word to the wise though a log style and unequal length turbo header flow the same its only the equal length that will flow better.
