I would get it before 4-01-02, since they have the best financing yet right now. When I bought my P5, I got the 4.9 for 60mths. Now its 3.9 for 48 or 60 mths. GET IT!! You wont regret it!

I'm partial to silver cars in general, so that's why my 5 is silver. Out of the 8 cars I've owned in my life, 5 have been silver.

I think it shows dirt the least - looks clean even when it's dirty.

A recent study found that silver was the most popular car color (all cars) in 2001.

Opinions, opinions, opinions.....

Like mentioned by Sunbyrne, we get charged $350 more for any color other than red. Also, our cars do not have roof racks, but we can get side airbags as an option. (ABS is standard, same with the DRL's.) As well, the polished wheels are a no-no for us canucks. (Like they're any good anyways! I want BBS!)

Hope this clears it up a little. Don't believe me? Go to Mazda Canada's site, and try to build a P5...

you can't go wrong

I just don't know how you can go wrong. ALL the colors that are available look good.....and all of them especially with the windows tinted. I personally couldn't do with out a Vivid Yellow P-5, I got my wife the Black Mica, she says its SEXY! however, its a real pain to keep looking clean, but that is HER problem. I have seen P-5's in every color...they ALL look good. Its just a personal preference. The only real differance I have noticed is that the brighter colors, the yellow and the red, DO attract more attention. And not only from passers by....but also the POLICE! SO, no matter what color you chose, you really can't go wrong, for the simple reason that the color is on a P-5. Just think about if you want to stand out....or blend in. :{D

Actually, colours other than red or white (now available up here) cost $105, not $350, and we can't get side airbags even as an option, which I find very odd. Sometimes these marketing decisions are a bit of a head-scratcher.

Man, just stick with black, you know you can't go wrong with it. I'll never ever get tired of my Black Mica. U get your elegant black, and tiny silver shiny specs in it, beautiful colour.

I definately suggest not getting the white. I love the car and its the only color that I think doens't make the car look as nice as it actually is. Personally, I have black and I love it. It is a little hard to maintain, but if you love your car, then washing it is a labor of love. I really liked the midnight blue, vivid yellow, and classic red also, but its up to you. I would suggest to shy away from silver just because it seems like the color everyone is getting. Go with a brighter color or one that will stand out more than the silver. Any color would be good because the car is so great!
