Question odd problem

I've noticed a weird little problem with my car lately. During hard acceleration and aggressive driving, my rear window washer nozzle has a tendency to leak and drip down the back window. Anyone else encountered this problem?

Actually, I don't think anyone got it fixed - it's just the way it is, and there's not much that can be done about it (except for lightening your foot a little - yeah right! ).

Think of it this way....
Your car is like a puppy. When it gets excited, it PEEs!
Some girls think that's cute.

coming from a jealous owner of a 2nd gen, i'd say - jam a pin in there and break it off

Who knows - maybe that'd make the frigging thing actually SPRAY instead of just **** down the rear window when you hit the switch. One of my very, very few complaints about the car - that rear washer nozzle sucks. The dripping upon hard acceleration doesn't bother me - but the fact that it doesn't really "spray" , but kind of "dribbles" does.

Oh well - maybe some brave soul will stick a pin in there are see what happens.

i'd replace it with one of those flash neon nozzles!

oh, wait a minute, no i wouldn't. frankly it doesn't surprise me that this is happening - my old c-rx had the same problem. i guess if you make the pump strong enough to work the back washer properly, the front nozzles will spray too hard?

still, i don't see why they couldn't just use a slightly smaller nozzle in the back to raise the pressure a bit - i wouldn't think it would need to be raised much - maybe this is a possible solution, replace it with an aftermarket piece?

its one thing i really miss about the old honda - rear windscreen wiper - all cars should have them!
