What year was your 'Stang? 5.0 or newer Cobra?

 

My Cobra was a 96 with the 4.6 Dual overhead cam 32 valve motor. I added a Vortech S-trim supercharger and almost everything else I could afford. It was a fun car but it was hard to drive because it was so stiff and loud and uncomfortable. You know all the things that make cars good. LOL But I just got bored with it after having it for 4 years. I wanted something different so here I am.

Hey, do us a favor and put a cover on it until spring...don't let the weather touch it AT ALL, then you can show off it's true glory with that factory wax job.

Maybe it's all metal but the factory wax job is always the best your car will shine and it's hard to get it to shine like that again

FYI - If you plan on getting 250whp out of the MSP, also plan on frequent tranny replacement!

I'm hoping by the time I'm making 250 WHP there will be a stronger tranny on the market. My guess is someone will step up to the plate and offer something equivilant to a Tremec. Time will tell... I'm not crazy about the tranny in this car anyways. It is very jerky at low speeds. Not a big deal just annoying...
