Need help!!!!

Hey guys I was planning on changing my rear turn signals with siver/amber bulbs. I went to autozone and they looked it up it is a 1156A according to them and my manual as well. I get home and start to change them when the studs where the bulb connects to (one on each side of the lower part of the bulb) do not match. The sylvania bulb the studs are directly from one another while the bulb currently on my car are at and angle from each other. You can tell from the pictures. So guys I need some help figuring out what bulb this is cause the autozone guys dont no S****. >

take your new bulb, and some pliers, and snip one of the "studs" off the side and it will drop right in - trust me, i've done it

I went through this same thing. You can do what nik suggests (personally I don't like having a bulb held in by one tab) or you can get a set of the correct bulbs, which is 7507. I was not able to find these at any of my local auto stores, you can find them on-line.

Same issue when I buy bulbs. Just snap a peg off, works fine. I just did this, causes no problems.

i've been running an single-peg / pegless set-up for quite some time - maybe a couple of years - with no problems
