what options do i have to replace the side rearview mirrors. the driver's side mirror on my P5 was removed by a rooster at 60mph today! luckliy he only hit the mirror. i noticed that APC makes some nice M3 style mirrors but they appear to be manual only, i'd rather stick with electric. anyone know what the dealer gets for an OEM mirror?

 

i guess nobody has needed to replace a mirror. the OEM mirror, color keyed, was $116 from the dealer, it's what i went with.

 

Someone took my driver's side mirror off as well and the dealer quoted me roughly $500 to replace it. Its all one component which they said costs about $250, plus painting and installation. I have since ordered a pair of power M3's with blinkers off of ebay for $46. I'll let you/everyone else know how it goes after painting and installation

 

I have the M3 style mirrors that APC offers. They are the manual ones in black, but I think they also offer the power ones too. Mine cost me like 80.00 or something. I got mine off ebay too.
