yesterday we were coming down the road with the windows down and here comes that annoying whistle again. i had looked on here when i first heard it months ago and found a couple of places that is could be coming from. my husband pushed in...folded in (whatever) the driver side mirror and it quit. does anyone have this problem or had it and how is it fixed besides keeping my mirror folded in constantly?

 

Try and check to see if your driver side mirror is loose. This happened to me when i had my dealer "fix" my driver side mirror because it was shaking. Turns out they made the problem worse because they didn't put back the mirrow properly. I had to tighten the bolts myself, which was not really easy to do without taking out the whole door assembly...

 

thanx...i guess that will be my job for the weekend. is it super hard or just more or less time consuming?
