MAZDA 3 OWNERS

We are a group of Bentley College graduate students who have been working on a project about Mazda 3’s all semester. From our research, we have developed some ideas which might make you more likely to purchase another Mazda in the future

A “Dealer Customization Center” would be located within Mazda showrooms and would install aftermarket parts under warranty and feature customizations periodically.

A nationwide network of conveniently located “Mazda Authorized Service Centers” who are licensed by Mazda to perform regular service, repairs and warranty work.

A “Mazda VIP Service Package” which would pick up, deliver, and wash your Mazda each time it needed service and/or would provide you with a free upgraded loaner when needed.

A “Mazda Permanent Concierge Program” with a single Mazda contact person who would address all of the issues and questions you may have after your Mazda purchase.

A “Select Your Own Mazda Sales Person Program” which enables you to select a Mazda sales person who is at the same life stage and / or gender as you, and that clearly respects your intention to look rather than buy today.

A “Mazda Super Warranty Package” that included all oil changes, scheduled maintenance, and any other parts that require maintenance due to regular wear and tear.

what is the goal here?...do you work for mazda dealership?..beside it sounds like your taking toyota/scions idea..

I have 3 weeks left in my MBA at Bentley College and my field study project is to study generation y and car buying. And I chose to focus on the Mazda 3 because I drive one. You can look me up on facebook or myspace if you like. Andrew Rowland.

FYI, you wanna know what would make me the happiest with Mazda...them actually warranting the cars they sell as performance models. :smiley_12

Yea it's quite painless, and if it can actually lead to something good then I'm all for it. There was some really interesting concepts in some of those surveys..
