Idle Problem on 99 Protege

Idle Problem on 99 Protege
Hey,
I have a small problem with my 99 Protege DX 1.6L with 76,000 miles on it. Sometimes after my car has been driven and then stopped, then restarted after about 10-15 min of sitting, the idle seems to be low almost like the car is going to die ( but never dies). After about 3 or 4 seconds it goes to normal idle. The car drives fine and has been serviced like required. Also the MIL is not on.. just a small problem....if anyone has any info please let me know.
