how do I put a picture in my profile....

quick steps:
up at the top, click on 'user profile'
then click 'edit options'
then, in the signature box, use the [img] & [/img] tags around the address to your picture file (must be located on the web!!)
like this (minus the *s):
[img*]http://www.websitename.com/yourpic.jpg*[/img*]
