Fastest Protege5?
 

I was wondering who has the fastest MP5 on this board. It seems like there are a few turbo MP5s and stuff and i was wondering what kind 1/4 miles you guys can do. Anyone know our cars 1/4 stock? Thanks!

goto the motorsports section for more accurate times. The above times are from my car. I run around 85 lbs of boost and have a 250 shot of N2O. Its pretty fast.

LOL, 2 secs that is something, tho it's nothing to do with the P5, however, i would say the famas is faster then the MP5

Seriously tho....

they did...you see...somehting that you are not aware of is that the MP5 is an automatic rifle...NOT a car....our cars designator is the P-5....not MP5....its a common thing....and SOME people like to play on that. :{D



but to those of you PLAYING with the MP5.....that is only a tinkertoy....it may be fine to carry...but put me behind the console of a Phalynx Cannon system ANYDAY....20 mm....6 barrels....3000 Rounds Per Minute...twin belt fed...radar controled....if you have ever seen one of these babies in real action ( I have btw) it will have you in total awe.

You can't argue that MP5 can stand for Mazda Protege5....anyways.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE FASTEST P5 IS? It seems like there are quite a few turbo ones around.
Also, how fast can a stock p5 do a 1/4 mile?

Mine is fairly fast :) probably not the fastest, but what does it really matter?

Thanks for a decent answer CaptainKRM....it matters because i was just wondering what our cars are capable of. It's kinda funny how now one on our board gives a crap about 1/4 miles and stuff but if you go on civic forums and stuff that's what they are all about and we have just about the same HP and stuff :P

Mine sure ai'nt the fastest... still stock. But it sure beats out the competition in the looks department!

I love it when people compliment me on it or when chicks turn their heads in my p5's direction with a longing look in their eyes. My wife is quite amused when the later happens.

Whats the big damn deal with people wiggin out over the MP5 thing? The way I see it, I spent $18k on that car and I call it whatever the hell I want to. If ya know what he means by MP5, then just answer the damn question. I mean, at least its a logical shortened name that doesn't infringe on any other model's name... like if I were to start calling it an M5 or something. :D

16.5 in 1/4 mile according to the Apexi Speed/Rev meter. Thats still sloooooooowwwwwww, My Zx2 s/r stock tuns 15.7.
