I'm thinking about putting in an air intake system for my P5. Problem is, there are so many on the market which one is a good one. The ones I've looked at on the internet are:

AEM
Injen
K&N Typhoon
Ractive

They all range in price, and I'm sure some are easier to install than others, so please let me know which ones are good and which ones to stay away from.

You won't see a noticeable difference in gains between the different intakes. Expect 2 to 4 hp gains.

What it really comes down to is how much do you want to spend and what company name do you want?

 

And all will add more HP in your mind (or should I say your ears) than at the ground. Remember: Louder isn't always Faster.

 

I own both the AEM CAI ($230) and the Ebay SRI ($38) and I can't tell a difference....just cosmetics.

I hope its decent. There was no way I was paying $300 for a CAI.
