Question Check engine light came on

I was putting in a cold air intake, when I was finished. I turn on my car and the engine light came on, so I was like WTF?, I turn off the car, loosen up some of the brackets and started tighten them again. After that, I turn on the car and the "check engine light" is gone. I have no idea what I did wrong the first time. Any possible reasons?

I never had that issue with my intake. Just make sure you have everything hooked up properly and that the MAF is plugged in all the way.
