Bought myself a white MP5. Standard tranny. It's a blast to drive. I traded my Mazda B4000 truck in for it. I loved the truck but with all the zipping around town that fat V6 was eating me up in gas.

Great gas mileage on the MP5. Plenty of zip for me. I don't plan on driving 100+ mph like you guys in previous posts. I get scared

Plenty of room to haul my keyboards to gigs.

Pop, Christian music. I am the keyboard player at my church and wherever one is needed. I also like the electronica genre and "new agey" stuff. JM Jarre, Vangelis etc. No files online yet.


On the MP5 it took me a bit to get used to the high rev gearing as opposed to the low rev on my truck. (It was manual also) I kept wanting another gear at highway speeds. I am used to it now after a month. I do miss the power of the 4.0 at times but the gas mileage trade off is well worth it. Plus as I mentioned before the MP5 has enough zip for me.

It handles great and is a very comfortable ride. First time I've had cruise control in a 4 banger. It does well. I am anxious to take it on a trip. I added the cargo tray after buying it.

Very happy with my car. Nelson Mazda in Nashville is the place to go. They treated me right buying both vehicles. Good service dept. also.
