What are you willing to compromise for increase in speed??

If you're serious about making your auto faster I can set you up but you're looking to spend about $750 in parts and labor....or so. I bet you'll be about .4-.7s faster in the quartermile.

Also you could get a small (50hp shot) dry nitrous kit which would be fun and safe. I prefer/recommend ZEX. If you're interested I can explain further detail.

I HAD A ZEX KIT BUT I COULDN'T TAKE THE CHANCE OF BLOWING IT.

MY FRIENDS AND THERE CIVICS WERE ALWAYS BLOWING OUT NUMBER 2 PISTON. THREE FRIENDS, THREE DIFFERENT SYSTEMS,THREE DIFFERENT CARS. SO IT MADE MY JUMP ON THAT BAND WAGON HARD.

SO THATS WHAT YOU USE NO PROBLEMS, HUH

currently there are no "real" performance/aftermarket cams available for the 2.0L. I'm working on a set now though. I'll keep you updated or you can look in the vendor section for more info.

ditch the capslock key....

ZEX is by far the safest nitrous kit on the market. I know of no'one that has damaged a PROPERLY MAINTAINED zex dry kit.

Sounds like your honda buddies had a wet kit and fuel-puddling problems...happened on my SHO but I coaught it in time thanks to my PROPER MAINTAINCE and plug checking habits!

the "mazdaspeed" cams are nothing more than stock cams from the j-spec vehicles. They claim 18hp from both cams. This doesn't show up on anyone's actual dyno though. However, people like Topher have the cams and notice a power increase. I would say not to waste your money. I am holding out for cams designed for MY car for what I want. Sure i'll pay more but I bet I get more than 18bhp also!

ZEX is great stuff, it's not the most pwerful nitrous but it is the safest. thats more important sometimes.
