hey guys,

i just picked up a '00 protege 1.6L 5 spd. so far a great car (especially compared to the now reitred 2 dr chevette)
anyway, i've noticed a creaking noise, not very loud, when i turn the wheel at low speeds. it sounds like it might be comming from the passenger side of the rack. i was just wondering if anybody has ever had problems with steering racks before, or if anybody had any idea if they've ever noticed creaking bushings in the front end.
