Call up your dealer and find out. He would know best. Or read through all that long, boring warranty drivel and find the answer there.

In the states your cooling system(not including hoses or fluids) is covered for 3 yr 50k miles. you are under that. What is it that is leaking? if it is the core on the radiator or something to that affect it will definitely be warranteed.

I brought the car in for a checkup of cooling system at Mazda and they are replacing the Rad under waranty. Do I still have to drop the fluid if the rad is being replaced and the fuid will normally be dropped when this is done. I am as this as I am at 48000kms and in need to have the cooling system done. But they are changing the Rad, therfore the fuid will be changed then also. It just does not make sense to do it twice. I know there going to try and book me for my 48000km waranty which includes the tranny and coolant, But I'll pass and just get the tranny and filter done at my local shop. anyways

WoW They have to order a Radiator from Toronto!!! Would they not stock these if they sell these cars. Really, its like going out for fries and the guy says, "we'll see ya next week when there in" Thats not going to happen!!!! Either there are a lot of bad Rads or they just are so good that they usually never leak. Either way, you would think they might have a couple lying around. Are Rads a problem with these cars? Or is it just a coinkidink that mine and a Co-workers car have had to be replaced. His is a 00 pro 1.6L, mines a 01 1.6L
