oil for A/T

Think about changing the oil in the A/T. Any suggestions on what kind, such as B&M, RedLine, Moble 1 or Ford A/T? Looking for any performance gain I can get out of it for AutoX and daily driver.

I've heard the best results for Redline's transaxle lubricants, but no matter what, go synthetic!

Any more suggestion? We use to run the Ford type (has more friction properties) in the GM's TH350 to give it firmer shifts. I know by law that all A/T oils are interchangeable, but that dose not mean that it is good to use some types.

Type F just will not cut it today's more modern transmisions. I would agree with gcs118, synthetic is the way to go. I would suggest a Redline ATF or the Amsoil ATF.
