baffled oil pan

Hey guys, I was reading some posts about baffled oil pans being made for our cars (Protege 5). I can't find the thread, but was wondering if anyone knew about this.

I'm interested too. It would be great if there was an aftermarket pan for our cars. At the least, I would be satisfied if someone made a windage tray that fit into our stock pans.

oil pan

Yup, I saw a thread and thought it was from this site......maybe wrong. I'll check some other forums and get back to you. I heard our cars suffer oil starvation if used in autocross. Not good.

Our cars have an aweful pick up tube for oiling, no skirt on it and a non baffled pan allow the oil to escape the suction of the oil pump in high g cornering, combined with high rpms found in autocross and the motors are spinning bearings, throwing rods, etc
