No, it won't work on the 1.6. At least I've not been able to check for fitment. Also, it won't work on the 99-00 1.8L simply because of interference with the coils. It will physically fit the motor, but the header will touch the coil packs. I know it will fit any of the 2.0L's from 2001 to present. It clears all the accessories but will necessitate the removal of the intake snorkel over the radiator. You don't need that anyway, it's just a restriction! Also, I just got news this afternoon that the coating place is doing inventory all week this week. I won't be able to send it to them until Monday. Oh well, what's a few more days?!

The pricing so far is:

Satin finish-$469
Cermachrome finish-$499

The satin is available in 6 colors so far including:

Satin Black
Satin Cast Iron (looks greyish)
Satin Titanium (bronze)
Satin Fresh Blast (flat silver)
Gray Ice (nice anthracite grey that is glossy)
Bright Blue Matte (flat med/light blue)

The Cermachrome basically looks like polished aluminum

All these finishes are inside and out on the header. The process that the coaters use is first to garnet blast the header, then walnut shell blast, then aluminum oxide blast to provide good adhesion. Then they coat in and outside of the header for maximum life and heat control.

This should be a better header than the one I have on my car and mine was worth 7.8 lb/ft over the manifold. Part of that could be because of the cams needing more breathing room, but I picked up that power at 4250 RPM which is 250 RPM LOWER than the earlier testing. Also, it maintained more torque past 5250 RPM and the HP kept climbing through 6250. It's a lot more fun to drive now!
