Your power steering pump seems to be leaking. Take it to a shop for an estimate, and they can check it out for you.

Question

Turbonium, sure it's not just a slipping belt though?

badaman3, how sharp of a turn is sharp? Any regular right turn, or do you mean with the wheel cranked all the way?

When you turn it all the way, it is your power steering pump, it is low, or leaking. Have it checked by someone. Good luck.
