Hey man, if you haven't been around in a while you've missed an exodus. There are 3 main protege forums now. Most of the 1st 2nd gen guys have migrated over to clubprotege.com but they've been having issues lately as well.

I see you're in Atlanta and we'd love to have you in our regional group. We've got about 20+ guys in the Birmingham/Atlanata area. We have meets all the time. A few times a year I host a big meet for everyone in the mountains where we camp out all weekend and drive the tallest mountain in Alabama (just past the state line)

You're more than welcome to come out and spend time with us. We're not the typical "hood-popping ricers". We have bbq's and track meets...a lot of cool guys and a few cool girls.

Welcome back. And yeah, the 1st/2nd genners had really only just left this forum shortly before I joined.
There are mainly 3rd gen people on here these days, but everyone's very cool and we don't have the flamewars & bashfests that all of the other forums seem to have. I guess it's because we are a smaller community now.

Seems like it...or maybe it's just that the 2nd gen, for all its value and merit, is the forgotten generation...at least performance-wise. I still have dreams of a Renesis and RWD in the thing (in place of the blazing 1.5), but I'm in college and I need every bit of it's reliability and gas mileage. Anyways...

I signed up at CP and now many have moved to imazda.com because of CP issues. I don't know why everybody left here and I don't care either.

Perhaps everybody will come back here one day?

i occasionally check here too. like others, i've been here when it was protegeclub.com,
then moved to clubprotege.com, and now most recently with imazda.com

if you're looking for the site with the most knowledge for 2nd gens, go with imazda.com
