Ok..... lots of questions...

I have a '97 Protege and am just realizing it's potential... he he

Ok... I want to install some internal neon. I have two 7 or 8 inch blue tubes...
1. Where would a cool place be to put them?
2. They have a cig lighter adaptor, but I'd rather direct wire them... where do I hook the pos and negs up?

Also there is supposedly a way to boost HP with a simple transistor/resistor you can buy from radio shack...

And the really big one...... how am I supposed to go about cleaning my engine compartment so I can do some painting like they do here.

All of those links are for a car that is definately harder to work with but all of the concepts are the same right?
