Can anyone tell me where the horn is located on a '96 Protege?

Car has been repaired at body shop and appears that horn was not connected or not replaced.

Also how do you get the trim off from around the auto shift lever? The plastic expanders are messed up and they appear to be keeping the shifter from park and messing with putting th shifter in reverse on a slight incline.

Any help would be appreciated

your horn is in front of your radiator behind the front grill....dont really have time to get into removing the console...do a search on that
