need some help

Hi everyone, ok my g/fs car is a 95 protege and its skipping really bad. We've tried replacing the plugs, the rotor button, and the cap so far. And its still acting up, when its at idle in park or drive it'll skip about every 20 secs. And it'll skip and almost seem llike its gonna stall out when u stop and take off. But it don't skip when it gets up to speed not that I'v noticed. Any help will be appriciated thanks.
