well thanks to Funky Buddha for sending me his stock shifter out of his 2003 P5, i have instaled it without any problems into my 90 LX, well onto the pics

i can notice shorter throws and everything is a little closer, but its nothing to get excited about, it dosnt look all that lower but you feel the difference

I was going to get an MP3 shifter, but someone sold it before I could complete the transaction... ahhh well.

hey man, how did u make it red anyway? i'm not doggin it at all.

 

he took out the console parts an sprayed colour matched paint for his car on them i belive...atleast i think thats how he told me he did it..

 

i removed everything for like a week while i spray painted it properly, with primer then yellow as a bightener, then the colormatched blaze red, then a few cans of clearcoat and it shines nicly, still not done tho

to top it off might as well get the Mazda Oem shiftboot and ****. or goto corksport and get the Leather boot off there and the mazdaspeed ****. Just a nice suggestion. Corksport sells the Mazda Speed aluminum **** in red. so it will match :-p

 

actually im going to get a black boot (leather) and keep that ****, and i wont order it from corksport, seems from what i read around here all they do is dick their customers around,

if i want that ill goto the local honda preformace shop
