how to fix cloudy 1st gen headlights?

Start with the Rubbing compound and plastic polish afterwards. Depending on how bad your lenses are, you won't have to sand them. I know in my case the rubbing compound worked like a charm !!!

I wetsanded one lens with some 1500 just to see how it would work. I can't find my rubbing compound, so I figured I'd post a picture while I'm looking.

Found it and did both sides. I could make it look better with my buffer, but I'm lazy.

Exclamation Headlight help! ! !

I just spent a half hour taking apart what i thought were screws to my headlights. I managed to take out the front signal lights out fine, and even the front grill, but the I just couldnt get my headlights out. I located 2 screws. Thnx for the help.

Follow steps 1-5 on "removal of stock bumper".

my pro's headlights are that cloudy lookin, but i did whut TXprotege did and it works pretty well. look in this thread for pix and the solution. i got a pic of the actual product also. i was tempted to do all this sanding and crap but i was like man, thats a lotta work.

edit: and the first time i used this blue magic product, i only did one side and i saw lighting improvement on the road from that side. plus it looked way better
