no im running the gtx ecu, corksport did the wiring. it bogged like crazy when driving to there and was running hella rich lol. 30min. drive though so it wasnt that bad. i wish i had cash to blow on lsd but i gotta get a 1.8 tranny, motor mounts and axles first!! still got that 1.6 sh*t in there.

 

So is it still running rich?

 

hell no, perfectly fine. i can floor it through first good enough to get a good feeling of the motor but my clutch still slips like crazy. i gotta act waiting, but it bolts up to a 1.8 tranny, which are stronger also. rest of the gears all i do is burn, sucks. i dunno how long its gonna take for me to get a tranny, im not looking to spend over $200 on a used one.plus theres shipping if i buy from another state, ahhhhhhh.

try and pick up a parts car that has been rear ende in an accident or something along those lines. I got a 95 EGT for $450 the had been rear ended and only has 90k on it. Just keep looking around j/y etc and you can find good prices on parts cars.

 

Don't forget to break in the clutch nice and easy when you get it in there 500 miles of non-speed shifting is recommended.
