Then you can put the lip on the GTX bumper too! Or get this one from http://www.onderground-design.com

If i'm reading their page right they want $300 though. Maybe for the whole bumper? I like that lip though, kinda looks like mine only the air dams are a little more bigger in length (on mine).

before i did any modification on my car i called them for help and they are not very helpful at all. Everytime i ask them for help on my car (about 3 calls) they tell me to call later y? because this guy who does that is not around? so i'll call when they want me to call and when i do they tell me the same thing or say i dont know what that is when all im asking is that if i could fit a sohc tranny on a dohc engine....thats it. i didn't know about this forum then.
I had the feeling that they dont entertain the cotumers very well.
what i did was call them back same day make it seems like im interested in buying performance clutch and he gave me the price and i ask if i order this today how long do i have to wait he said in couple of days ...ect...then i ask the same question if i can put the sohc tranny on a bp dohc motor he said." yeah no problem there it fits right in even the clutch etc....." and so i told him ok i will be calling u in 30 mins about the clutch. u see they only help when u buy something......i dont know any place where i could buy stuff from my car but corksport and i dont feel like buyingstuff from there anymore...2 weeks ago i ordered pacesetter headers, which i have receive already and i ordered the magnecore wires that they told me i should be getting it on tuesday last week and i haven't gotten it i called them back on friday they said it'll be day today now its already sunday i still dont have it. i order the GTX bumpers too 2 weeks ago before i ordered it i ask him how long will it take for me to get it he said 2 weeks and said THIS IS THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE IN STOCK it'll take us 7 weeks to get more if u dont get this soon. so i bought it and when i called them on friday just to make sure they send my gtx bumpers they told me this.....umm... i checked the tracking # but ahh.. i dont know where exactly it is but its i think its on its way to corksport next week... TO CORKSPRT NEXT WEEK!!! they told me they have it in stock !!!!
basically i just spent $925.... 2 weeks ago for my parts and i will be spending more on this car just like when i spent $12,000 on my civic but i dont want corksport to get any of my money anymore...

corksport

I know what you mean about being told one thing and then another thing happening, like with your body kit. I was ordering a centerforce clutch from NOPI and I had ordered it and they said that it would be at my apartment in like 7 days. Well I waited 7 days and then I call ask them about it, they look it up in their computers and told me that they had to cancel it because they didn't have anymore in stock. So I had to order through Centerforce themselves. What a pain. But just to let you know, things like this happen all the time, doesn't mean that that place is bad, it just happens every now and then. NOPI is a very well known and respected company and so is Corksport, just every now and then they screw up.

I know they do like to talk to customers even though it doesn't seem like it. I'm in Albany, Oregon which is 65 miles from Corksport in Portland and I went up there and was asking them dumb questions. Now this was when I was just getting into my car and I asked a lot of really dumb questions and the guy that I was talking to didn't mind that I didn't know jack about my car, he very nicely explained everything to me and really seemed interested in what I wanted to do with my car. So I guess I'm just saying, don't count Corksport out completely, they're cool guys, and they know their ****.

i know they know their ****. but then again u gotta understand i just barely started building a mazda i dont know jack about it too i got my 323 6 months ago and now i've already have most of the stuff a 323 owner could have. But non-of my stuff was install by other peeps i did everything and when i get stuck i cant count on corksport to help me out even if i just spent $900 for the parts that i bought from their store....I'm still waiting for that GTX bumpers that i ordered its not here yet but im cool about it im not on a rush anyways i called to day and ask if they can help me on my question hoping that they'll help me since they lied about my GTX bumper. but no they didn't help me ..its cool tho i just found me a shop down here today that sells JDM stuff for all japanese cars ....

I believe what they did was weld the eyelids (i can't remember if that's what they're called, maybe eyebrows?) to the hood.

thats what they're called,
eyebrow!! couldn't remember

but weld crap, i gotta welding thing in my garage, but thats to easy for my dad to mess up!

oh, off topic, would it be reasonable to make headers for my car?

my dad can weld them, its just a matter of cutting it and shaping them.

but would it be worth the effort? in terms of hp gains

Yeah they sell the eyebrows for the 323's. You don't have to weld them on they slide on top of your headlights; they just welded those ones.

About the Header's i'm not too sure how easy that'll be, well how easy it'll be to make one that would give gains over the stock one.
Most muffler shops should charge around 200 to make one for you. I found a guy here that only charges around $90. all he needs is measurements and an exhaust manifold gasket.

crap, so i guess the header idea is out for now,

they actually would'nt cost me anything my dad would weld them together from some stainless steel pipes so price is not an issue, its just a matter of knowing the size and if it would give any hp gains

grr, i've read so many contradicting things today, i've alway assumed that bigger exhaust, headers +intake =more power. but ifs its to big you can loose power, and an article i read about intakes showed that putting on an intake over stock can make you lose power

yeah, bigger isn't always better.....well it is if we're talking about.....oh wait nevermind.

About the header don't take my word for it, i'm not sure about that stuff.

There are some good threads in the 1st gen engine/drivetrain forum regarding the intake and exhaust. Intake (just a cone filter)
adds a little HP. I think the Dyno shows that it adds a little more HP, but loses torque if the resonator is taken off.
