a knife will work to get it off, but ya still gotta put it back on

you must loosen the 12mm tensioner bolt at the front bottom of the power steering pump (nearest the rad) then loosen x2 14mm bolts, one at the back top and the other is under along the very bottom. then the power sateering pump can rotate and the belt will slip on/off.

He didn't say anything about getting it back on.

BTW: A service manual is very helpful if doing work yourself.
