2004 mazda 3 i clutch 286000
 

I have a 2004 Mazda 3i with 286000 miles on it. I bought it in 2010 with right at 100k on it. I can't say that the clutch wasn't replaced before I bought it but I do believe it wasn't and it still has the original clutch in it. I been driving manuals for many years so maybe I just got lucky but it has been a great car. I recently purchased a 2017 mazda 3 touring hachback 6 speed manual with 121000 miles on it. The clutch is strong so I do hope to get a lot of miles out it it as well.

I don't know why there is such a big difference. The problem is with production technology or usage
