Doing spark pluges tomorrow..

Im doing the spark pluges in the 94 pro dx 2morrow is there anything i need to know or do besides pull the old ones out and put the new ones in?

Just make sure that you do it one at a time, and do not ruin the threads. If you put it in wrong, and mess up the threads, you will need a new valve cover. Goodluck.

1st off #1 spark plug is the 1 next to the cam gears ( inside black plastic cover) pull out the #1 wire first then the #1 plug after that work ur way to #4 plug.

installing it; put a small amount of anti-seize i mean small amount by the end of the spark plug thread where the spark comes out. dont put it on the whole thread just the bottom part of it.

torque it right. i believe the torque spec its 14ft. lbs.

DONT FORGET TO DO IT ONE AT A TIME !

BTW. now is the best time to replace ur cap n rotor too....only use the oem not kragen or pepboys.

goodluck ! ! !

Heh i seriously doubt there is a vehical that it screws into the valuve cover

but i would advise getting a can of dust off and blow out the holes before you take the plugs out.. removes any debrie that might work its way into the engine.
