Did you look around in the junk yards for a used tranny? Thats always an option.

Just get a tranny

I would suggest just getting another tranny, and get an LX tranny. You're going to do just as much work replacing the clutch as you would if you were to replace the tranny.

the eBay idea was a good idea, but i cant find a clutch for a pro, will any other applications work?

Hey! I have an Exedy clutch :D

paid $60 for the clutch/pp/tool and T.O. bearing...but that was through this board. good deal IMHO. I race my car and it's been working perfect for the past 2-3 months now.

Only thing i've noticed is when it's cold, there's a high pitched squeel, it's not loud, just high pitched, if i just tap the clutch pedal ever so slightly it stops. After about 5 mins of running i don't hear it again. Only happens when the car sits overnight and gets started up in the morning. Not sure if it's a lobor related issue or a part related issue, but for now i not worried. It could just be my cylinder, as the pin just fell out when i was doing the clutch job....

oh and i forgot to tighten the dang bleeder screw and had NO pedal action one night on my way home from work...good thing it was midnight and there were't many cars around...i kinda blew a few red lights....(no, not blindly) had to rev match shift for like 8 blocks...wasn't fun, especially when i had to be back to work at 6am...had to twist my dads arm to cruise over at 1am to help me bleed clutch...not possible alone...hehehee, looking back it was pretty darn funny.

ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL SCREWS, BOLTS, ETC ARE TIGHT!!!! :)

BadAzz92DX - That takes some balls to have a signature that long and take up so much space every time you post. Damn.
