I don't see anything about CARB compliance on this one but the Mazdaspeed CAI I'm selling has a CARB sticker. You might want to check the Injen website for that detail. These are designed for first gen Hatchback Mazda3's with 2.3L engines. I don't know if they would work for any other application w/o modifications.

Did you check the pictures of the Mazdaspeed CAI I'm selling? One of them shows a CARB sticker of some sort. Do you have inspections at licensing time? In MI we don't. We used to have to get yearly emission tests but as long as you passed it they didn't care what was under the hood. Also the test became easier to pass as the car got older - eventually becoming exempt. Changing the stock air box for the CAI isn't that big a deal. I'd consider swapping them as necessary.

I checked it out and as long as it will fit my 06 Mazda 3 I can use it . In Cali, you have to have a carb sticker on any aftermarket intake even when its not your smog year(smog check every 2yrs). Would you do $70 shipped for that one ?

I'm holding on the prices. If you search the web you will find that they are min. $250 new. Please PM me to continue the conversation if you are interested. BTW, shipping should be ~$25 - $30.
