Help? Rear strut boots replacement
Hey guys,
I'm in need of a little help. My rear strut boots have cracked and i need to replace em. Warranty at this point doesnt cover it. I've got the boots ready to go, but i don't have the expertise/tools to take out the struts myself. I know it's pretty labour intensive so I'd probably need the help anyways...either way...anyone willing to help me out here, or recommend a place for me to go? Thanks. -Rey |
Here you go, its a how to i did for someone. It's easy. Just go slow and do one at a time.

I'd be willing to help you out, But we would need to do it on a weekend day. ie. Saturday or Sunday

I thought there was a how-to somewhere. Thanks a lot hughes412. I would prefer to learn from a person, however, as opposed to paper. I remember and learn easier that way. So Steve, i'll consider your offer. Could you PM me a number i can contact you at?

We should do it at Steve's cause he has all he air tools. We changed my springs out last summer and your need to take the struts aparts to do it.

Air tools are always better! I can't wait to buy a house. Good luck, sounds like you'll have some people that know a little about it.
