Another no show
 

Another Sunday, another no show. Only me and Rod at hooters last night. I was there from 8:00-9:00. What am i doing wrong?????Where the hell is everyone?:(

I promise to come out next sunday. I've finally paid my dues at work, I'm now getting Sat and Sun off.

why don't you guys go out on a saturday? just for a change of things...

Sorry Dave... Weather was crappy that day... This Sunday for sure I'll be out there, rain or shine... If it rains will just hang out inside Hooters...

I spoke to one of the Ford Club members that actually organize car shows. He said he won't mind having the WPC join up (hang out) with the Fords. Tell me if you guys want this. I need some opinion on this.
There's a car show this Sunday inside Kildonan Park at the rainbow stage parking lot.

I've been hearing that Buffalo Bills is the new hangout for cars.

What is the best day and time for you guys to meet? Lets plan a big meet before winter gets here....

Any weekend is good for me. As long as I have enough warning.

I'm up for buffalo bills if that the new spot. All i need is a place to hang on sunday nights. I can't come out to the show cause i'll be in lac du bonnet again.

hey guys, any night is good for a meet for me. hangin out with the ford guys might be alright, although ford sucks. and dave, where were you? i was at hooters from 8-8:20 by my clock and i didn't see anybody so i took off.

Believe me, i was there. Ask Rod. We were the only 2 there. It sucked ass. I even left a message on your machine from there:mad:

I also swung by around 8:10 and stayed til 8:15 or so but figured no one would show with the chance of light rain.

I am up for going to Bills if we get a big group. Its better to show off a group of ten to twenty Pros then just have four guys show up and get rubbed out by some crap fords. If we go there has to be a certain amount of people who are positive that they will show up or it will look bad. I will be out at Hooters this Sunday as well if nothing else happens.

In unrelated news, has anyone checked out the Pro replacements that are coming soon? The Mazda 3s. Well if you haven't go to www.mazdaUSA.com and check it out.... very cool. I will be one of the first to get one so that I can finally trade in my 98 for a Sport W, although the sedan looks cool too. (2.3L man!)

they have a stance like a matrix though, its less sporty and more like a subaru outback sorta thing mixed with a matrix or vibe. They don't look good in my opinion.

So where are we meeting on Sun?

Well, If it were up to me I qould say Hooters at eight since I work at Best Buy till eight right down the road... But what ever.... If it is a Bill's I will be late obviously.

We'll get alot of dirty looks at Bills.
Its supposed to be classic car night there on Sundays, Which means you see a bunch of overweight hicks drooling over their relics.

So we will meet this Sunday at Hooters at 8:00. If you are going to show up any later than 8:30 please post it. That way we can wait for you before we go cruising.

Lets just hope the weather gets the rain out of it system by the end of today. Sunday was just supposed to be cloudy, but no rain.

Try and get as many people as possible to come out, including people who have never come, or haven't heard of us. Make it big so that we can organize the rest of the cruising days we have left.
