Winter tire/wheel package from Mazda in Canada

While shopping around for winter wheel/tire quotes I was just at my dealership a couple of days ago to see if they offered a winter tire/wheel package. The service advisor told me Mazda Canada has just released pricing on a package for P5's for the wheels/tires. The deal is as follows:

15" genuine Mazda steel wheels in black
P195/55-15 Khumo winter tires (not sure which ones), mounted, balanced and installed for $640 plus tax for total package.

I don't think this is just a deal for my dealership, but by Mazda Canada, so don't quote me but this is what Burlington Mazda told me.

I also checked out Canadian Tire, and you can get black 15" steel wheels for the P5 ($50 each) and Michelin Ice Trac Tires which are equivilent to Artic Alpin tires and exclusive to Canadian Tire ($90 each). These are P195/60-15 S-rated tires and they mount and balance each tire for $9. All told, $600 plus tax.

These prices are in Canadian dollars, so it is 'aboot' $50 US, (LOL, realistically, about $400 US), which is a pretty good deal up here for decent tires. You would probably spend more money if you bought all of this stuff separately. Up here in Canada, the winters can get pretty nasty, so you don't want to be cheap on good snow tires. You can also get cheap wheels at the scrapyard, but if you have the wrong offset spacing, etc, you can ruin hubs, bearings, etc, which really doesn't save you anything in the end.
