Tire Suggestions - 195/55R15

I need to replace my stock Bridgestone Potenza RE92 195/55 R15 tires.
I have the stock '99 ES 15" rims. There does not seem to be a large
selection of tires in this size. I am looking for an all-season
perfomance tire. I live in NJ and need to drive in the snow. I have
been trying to research reviews of each tire and am not finding any
that everyone loves. So far I have found the following:

Falken Ziex ZE-502 M+S
Goodyear Eagle RS-A
Yokohama Avid T4
Dunlop Sport W-10 (i think is a summer tire, salesman tried to tell
me was all-season)
Bridgestone Potenza RE92
Michelin XGT V4

Any suggestions? Anybody have these tires and can tell me a little
about them? Or maybe suggest something that I haven't found yet?
Or should I step up to 205/50 R15? Will this increase my options?
Or should I stick with the Bridgestone Potenzas?

Thanks in advance.

try 205/50/15 you should get better grip and find more tires in that size as most aftermarket rims in that size 15" come with 205

If driwe in snow then i suggest to stay with 195
Here in Estonia is 4 month snow, 5 month water ( spring and autumn ) and 3 month really bad skiing weather which is should be summer .... in winter most of us are using 185 and smller tyres to go through snow ... ta larger it is then the tyre isnt having very good gripp , specially when it is a light car!

Whatever you do, don't get the Eagle RSA's, they suck. I had them on my Escort ZX2 and they had no grip in the dry, wet, or snow. The only thing they have going for them is a brick like treadwear rating.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I ordered a set of Dunlop SP Sport 5000 205/50ZR15 from tirerack.com. I will have them installed this weekend. All the reviews on tirerack were good. I'll let you know how they are after I get them.
