Rims and bolt patterns 2009 mazda3 2.3L

I was going to buy these tires and rims used, will they fit?

205/55 R16 91H, Bolt pattern 5x120.

Will the bolt pattern work? mine says 5x114.3 but what does offset mean?

Please help.

My car: 2009 Mazda3 2.3L

AFAIK the 5x120 won't work. Like you said the bolt pattern of the 3 (and most mazdas for that matter) is 5x114.3.

Offset refers to the spacing of the hub to the wheel. So a greater offset would have a spacer behind the wheel to have it stick out more.

ok, what about the speed rating? Canadian tires guide won't let me buy a nordic winter that has a S=115km rating, although mazda requires H=120KM. Why is this such a big deal, 5km difference?

Thank for replying!
