Increasing diamter
 

I have the 95 dx with 13 inch rims and want to get 14 or15's and also increase the overall diamter by at least an inch cause no matter how big the rims i put on the tires are still freakin small. so will it affect my speedometer bad if i increase the diameter by one inch?

is there anything that can be done to fix the speedometer? cause i really want to make the tires a little bigger so it doen't look like i'm on little tiny wheels

Get some lowering springs, get rid of the fender-gap
