Different Wheel Combo - 17 front/18 rear

I am thinking of trying to go for a kind of hot rod or VW Beetle raked look on the stance of my P5. You know, the little tire up front and big tire in the back. I know that may seem strange considering it is front wheel drive versus the vehicles I am trying to mimic are rear wheel drive, hence the use of the larger rear wheels on them.

Here are my thoughts, lowering just the front with Eibach springs and then putting on 17s with 215-35-17 tires (this would give me almost 2" drop in the front, 1.5" with springs and 0.375" with the wheels). On the back, I am considering 18s with 225-40-18 tires (this would raise the rear about 0.75"), looking at filling the wheel well with the larger diameter tire. The car is slightly lowered in the back already with a sub box, 2 amps and 2 10" subs that are installed.

The couple of questions I have are:

Does the speedometer rely on the front tires, rear tires or all tires in determining variation in its reading? The tire fitment calculator says that the 17s will change my speed at 60 to actual of 58.09 mph and the 18s at 60 to actual of 63.57 mph.

Does the P5 have enough room for the 225-40 series 18s if it is not lowered?

Would there be any driveability issues to consider?

Lastly, I would like to put 19s on the back which I believe would accent the look more. The tires would be 215-35-19s and would be close to the 225-40-18s.

I have read Rishii's fitment information so I believe the 17/18 or 17/19 combo should work as long as I go with the correct offsets on the wheels. I primarily am looking to see about the speedo info and if there are any things needing consideration that may have been overlooked.

Thanks in advance to any help.:)
