Cleaning painted calipers...

For those of you who painted your calipers... what kind of cleaner do you use to clean them. I've heard that brake cleaners will eat the paint off. Is there a less "strong" caliper cleaner than you guys use. Thanks.:)

I've been using simple green and it's been good so far. I just spray it on and let is sit a few minutes then spray it off. Hope this helps

Some cleaners will take the paint right off!!

I've read horror stories where the wheel cleaner/brake cleaner took the paint right off the painted calipers!!! I can't find that Green Stuff anywhere!!! I might get the Mcguires Hot RIMS cool _____. From the instructions that I've read on other sprays, the HOT RIMS seems to be the safest, right??
