This is my anger still talking, but I will never buy a car again there and will tell every friend of mine not to buy a car at Gerry Gordon's. The salesmen who sold me the car was great(shorter greek guy...forget his name).

However, since then I've got nothing but the runaround from Les the service manager whenever I have any warranty work. I brought my MP3 in yesterday because for a while now I've had problems with grinding in 1st through 4th gears. I know lots of people have had issues with this in their Protege5/MP3s. Les told me(only after I brought it in mind you, not over the phone when I called about my issue), that Gerry Gordon's would charge me labor costs to look at the problem as it's considered "normal wear and tear". Grinding of gears on a car that has less than 23,000KM on it is completely ridiculous. Then trying to charge your customer for work covered by warranty is not only ridiculous, I feel it borders on illegal. I brought my car to Destination Mazda on Portage and they had no issue whatsoever with looking at it as well as setting up an appointment to fix the issue on Monday, and they will be getting all my future business.

Please feel free to pass this onto Gerry Gordon himself and to let him know that screwing over your own customers is not the way to encourage repeat business and I will be certain to pass my stories on to all my friends as to the kind of way GG deals with people.

Actually, our Mazdaspeed is being delivered as I type this.
This couple came down to our dealership and bought ours after someone at Gordon's lied to them and told them that you guys at 2 Speeds in stock.

Anyway, Nice to see you on here. Do you own your own Protege? Or are you just checking out the club?

Yeah, i will also have to agree with Gerry Gordons.....they had my MP3 for a week and a half and i have no idea what the hell they did to it but they made the clunk worse:mad: Then when i tried to show them that it was still making the noise, they told me that its only doing it because its cold.....well thats complete bullshit.....i don't know who and the hell they were trying to kid.....plus they powder coated the shit out of my rear sway bar and now it looks like crap...infact, i think i'll phone and complain tomorrow.....:rolleyes:

hey Adam and Brett actually i know the service area is fucked up but i am leaving to go to pembina dodge 284 6650 because of the way they treat their employees and customers so if u guys want to hear some horror stories i will tell u get back to me and gerry gordons mazda does have 2 mazdaspeeds in stock one is behind will be arriving monday but i will not be there ! love u guys have fun with your cars and if i happened to sell u one and the service sucked i am truly sorry thanks guys .. Just to clarify: You have 1 speed in stock and another on Monday right? Cause this girl said her salesman told her that you guys at 2 in stock physically at the dealership.

thats why i bought mine from destination, they are nice ppl , told ya gerry sucks ass, the salesman there pissed me off so me and my dad dint even bother talking to him and just left...

Hmm...so you got the "it's the cold that is causing your squeaks and clunks eh?", I just think it's all crap. I'm kind of sick of taking my car in, that I just quit taking it in. I got a call from Destination the other day asking me if I wanted to buy the mazdaspeed..I almost laughed, the speeds are having the same problems that we are having as well right? I hope they find a fix instead of giving us the runaround or band aid fixes, me, u and ryan should go in all at the same time one day to one of the dealers..that would be funny..

hey guys its Jay Gagnon like i said i am at chrysler now and Gerrys sucks if u want to get belittled and treated like garbage by your employer then go sell their they are hiring! so get back to me guys if u have anymore complaints and i am printing them and sending them to Mazda Canada so talk to ya soon !
