Hello New M3 driver in Edmonton
 

Hey guys,
just picked up a M3 GT with a 100k from Wheaton Honda on the Southside late last year.

I've done a few maintenance things on the car ie K&N filter in the stock airbox and new Nokian WRG2's on the wheels, as well as switch the Manual trans fluid to full synthetic.

I am in line at Future Shop to drop my Sony deck that I purchased from them. I have the PAC control interface for the steering wheel audio controls as well as new infinity speakers for the front doors and my Alpine S speakers coming out of my Tribute for the rear doors.

I am wondering if you guys had an easy way of installing an aftermarket stereo while keeping the LCD display for trip and outside weather intact? I have been in contact with a guy off youtube in Vancouver who was able to get it done but had to do alot of cutting and hacking to keep the LCD display.
