HI Cam

Hey sorry to hear about your car. What is it with these new P5s? Can't they see them, especially my BRIGHT YELLOW one. I have to get my front bumper cover fixed since someone did a hit & run on me. So I am also looking for someone to do some repair, if possible, and painting.

I have used Chris' Autobody on Yeloowhead (No not my place :))before with some really good results and I know they have done Mazdas before.

If you find some info let me know. Thanks.

I havn't done much body work on any of my car, but interms of paint jobs, I think cougar on yellowhead trail was pretty good. I believe they do insurance claim thus, they should do body works also..

Absolutely. Unfortunately, I had my own misfortune about 2 1/2 months after I got my P5, and had to have the front bumper replaced. :( I went to Reflections here on the southside, and I would highly recommend them. They did excellent work, their estimate actually came out to a little less than some of the places I got a quote from through my insurance company, and they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do. They even ask that you come in every year so it can be inspected.

PS - Stay far, far away from those trucks with the hitches! They cause a lot of damage!

Yeah mine was a hit & run too... People just don't have any respect!!

Thanks for the info..
I give both Modern Autobody and Reflections a shout...

Jarman sent me to Harolds, and they quoted me $1,800.00, which I think is much too high!!!

we should still get our bumper fixed but with getting a condo and a wedding it jusy might not happen any time in the future depending on the cost......

I know its probably too late but Try Glacier Carstar. Johhny, the guy who owns it is the guy who used to own "Johnny K's". For those of you who remember he was the first guy to do really cool custom work about 15 years ago, and was considered one of the best bodymen in the province.

Wooohoo 50 posts!

Jarman recommended Chris' Autobody to me when I asked them about a place to take my p5.. they did a great job... they ordered in the bumper and painted it before I had to hand over my car (was only a few days old.. no paint match required).. because I didn't want to be stuck with a crappy rental for longer then nessisary..

They were really helpful and friendly.. gave me my old bumper and some touch up paint to paint over the damage so I could turn it into a planter (still have to do that!)

What's with these cars... does anyone with a 2002 p5 still have their original bumper.. ON THEIR CAR?! :)
