Be Carefull of Ondergound Design

I purchased the "Mazda Speed" design boby kit from Onderground Design. When I called them for a price on the kit, tax, shipping and what not. What they didn't tell me was that the is a cost to have the package cleared throw customes. I had asked for them to desclose ANY and ALL cost B4 I bouht my kit. I spent alot of time researching cost of kits B4 I bought my kit. Well now I have a $66 charge I have to pay. I wouldn't have been so suprised if they would have desclosed this in the first place, I might have bought my kit somewhere else. I called them up to complain and they wouldn't assist in the cost at all. I wouldn't have asked if they only would have desclosed any additional cost. They were NO help at all :asshole:'s . SO word of warning for US customers buying anything from canada, you may be charged to have your parts cleared throw customs.

A word of warning for Canadian customers buying anything from the USA, you will be charged to have your parts cleared through customs, no matter what the size or amount.

Unless you can get it declared as a gift and they actually believe it, because even if it really is a gift, they might decide to charge you anyway. Happened to a friend of mine when his wife's family sent some gift cards as a baby shower present.

Although, he never did pay it. He told PBB Logistics to get bent. (Brokers pay customs then bill you for it.) Eventually they gave up.

I guess NAFTA doesn't help with customs costs....

Shine that Onderground crap anyway. Your car looks sick with the AutoExe lip. Is that a MintBlue grill? Nice and clean.

No, It’s an Erebuni or replica of an Erebuni grill. When I purchased the body kit, I was unaware of Customs charges and have had smaller items sent from Canada but never had to pay any fees, So when I called them, they should have know about these cost and disclosed them to their customers, Especially when they ask about them.
